About Me

I am a yogi with over 11 years of experience. My passion for creating holistic sessions arises from my love of movement and ceremony medicine. In my classes, I tie in your personal goals and intentions with yogic philosophy, anatomy, Ayurveda, energetic alignment, breathwork, and nutrition to create a holistic series of sessions for your overall alignment. My deepest desire is to help others reconnect with their personal power. To live from a state of ease, radiating at the highest frequency of love, joy, and peace. Each journey is individual; it takes a willingness to grow and a personal decision to become the highest version of yourself. You CAN live the life of your dreams, you CAN have your manifestations come to light, you CAN feel safe in your body again. I am here to help you remember this, remember your power, your beauty, and your strength. Together, you will explore the possibilities of higher healing.

Did you know that your subconscious mind actually makes 95% of all of your choices? We grow up with programming from society, our parents, our childhood influences, and if we do not dive into remembering our own truth, then we become limited in what we see as our true potential. I am here to help you remember, rewire, and connect to this truth again. I choose to study Somatic/EDMR Therapy with a focus on trauma because I know that our body remembers first. Our body is our subconscious mind, and will instinctively tell us what our thoughts lag to share. In my approach, I help you tap into your body's wisdom so that you can uncover what you didn't know was holding you back. These practices are powerful and have changed the lives of many. The mind-body connection is something undeniable, and I'm here to also show you how it relates to spirit.
