Hi, I'm Kenia - the Herbal Alchemist
My journey into herbalism began through my own search for a deeper and more connected way of living. What started as a curiosity about plants grew into a deep respect for the wisdom held within the natural world and the ways herbs can support both our bodies and our nervous systems.
Alongside studying herbalism, I'm also a movement instructor, meditation guide, Reiki practitioner, and somatic educator. My work has always centered around helping people reconnect with themselves - not by doing more, but by creating space to listen.
Every formula I create is handcrafted in small batches and intentionally designed to support moments of presence, grounding, and self-connection. I spend time researching the energetic traditions, historical uses, and aromatic qualities of each plant before thoughtfully blending them into products that nourish both body and ritual.
I don't believe healing has to be complicated. Sometimes it looks like pausing to breathe deeper, applying an herbal oil to your wrists before meditation, or simply grounding outside with nature.
