We are a small, intentional apothecary business, and each product is carefully sourced, crafted, and handled with love. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final, with the following limited exceptions outlined below.

Damaged, Defective, or Spoiled Items

If you receive an item that is broken, damaged, defective, or spoiled, we are happy to make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or spoiled item

Upon review, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the same item (if available)

  • Store credit

  • A partial refund

Minor Adjustments & Customer Care

As a small business, we value community and care. While we cannot offer traditional returns, we are open to reasonable adjustments on a case-by-case basis if something feels off with your purchase. Please reach out kindly and promptly so we can support you.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Improper storage or misuse

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities (please review ingredients carefully)

  • Items reported after the 48-hour window
