Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If needed, we are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist.
