I'm Kenia, an advocate for movement medicine and holistic living. My passion lies in helping individuals through transformative experiences with the goal of reminding us of unity consciousness. I love sharing embodied movement, energetic healing, and meditation.
10 years ago I discovered the value of living holistically and dove deep into studies of yoga, spirituality, intuitive eating, metaphysics, plant medicine and herbalism. I have developed a deep connection with earth medicine and continue to study and train in holistic practices. I am dedicated to sharing insights and helping others find the wisdom of these practices. I have found that the purest medicine is our alignment in body-mind-spirit, and the quickest manifestation is through reawakened connection.
My goal is to inspire you and serve to lift us as a collective.
