Frankincense oil is one of the most ancient plant medicines — and one of my go-to remedies for nervous system support + glowing skin.
It calms inflammation, softens fine lines, supports collagen, and energetically helps you drop back into your body when you’re overwhelmed or overstimulated.
Here’s how I make my own frankincense-infused oil at home:
✨ What you need:
– Frankincense tears
– Castor oil
– Avocado oil
– A clean glass jar
✨ How to make it:
- Add frankincense tears into your jar.
- Pour in castor oil (rich + deeply penetrating).
- Add avocado oil (skin-repairing + moisturizing).
- Warm gently until you see small bubbles — that’s the resin releasing its medicine.
- Cover and let infuse 2–6 weeks. Shake occasionally.
- Strain when ready and store in a cool, dark place.
✨ How to use:
– Apply on face for glow + healinG
– Use as anointing oil before meditation
– Massage into chest for grounding
– Use nightly for nervous system regulation
Frankincense is ancient, powerful, and so soothing to the mind + skin.
Save this to try your own ✨🌿
