I discovered my movement meditation practice in 2015 when I was a restless college student. I stretched my passion for movement into circus arts in 2020 and have performed locally in a few locations in the U.S. and Central America.

My passion for movement goes far beyond my personal practice and I also offer training sessions locally in Los Angeles, CA + Fort lauderdale, FL.
